According to the presidential report, the new multi-storey building provides modern working conditions for staff from 20 departments and groups serving 10 districts in the Kulob area. The facility was built with the involvement of local workers and quality construction materials, and is described as a gift from the Government on the occasion of the 35th anniversary of state independence.

The building includes equipped offices with modern equipment, a rest room and other necessary amenities. It also has a spacious assembly hall with 354 seats, a kitchen, guest accommodation, a sports hall, parking and other required spaces. The President spoke with officials and employees and urged them to serve the country honestly and faithfully.
