Presidential Decree of the Republic of Tajikistan on a moratorium on all types of inspections of small and medium-sized enterprises

In accordance with Article 69 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon signed a decree declaring a moratorium on all types of inspections of small and medium-sized enterprises. The moratorium does not apply to tax inspections and will remain in force until 1 January 2029.

The Government of the Republic of Tajikistan has also been instructed to submit the relevant regulatory legal act within one month to implement the decree. The document was issued in Dushanbe on 28 October 2026 under No. 1237.
