Exchange rates: 1 Russian rouble set from 0.1040 to 0.1144 somoni

Dushanbe, 2026-10-28 / Khovar News Agency/. The National Bank of Tajikistan today set the foreign exchange rates against the somoni, the national currency of Tajikistan, as follows: 1 US dollar — 9.2191 somoni; 1 euro — 10.2793 somoni; 1 Russian rouble — 0.1144 somoni.

The average selling rate for cash foreign currency in the institutions of Tajikistan's credit organisations was also announced: 1 US dollar from 9.1500 to 9.2191 somoni; 1 euro from 10.0500 to 10.2793 somoni; 1 Russian rouble from 0.1040 to 0.1144 somoni.

The National Bank of Tajikistan warned that exchange operations carried out outside the head office, branches, bank service centres, money transfer points, ATMs and terminals are strictly prohibited. Failure by individuals to comply with this requirement is considered an offence and may lead to administrative and criminal liability.
