Meeting with Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Marat Khusnullin

The meeting discussed ways to strengthen the broad-based cooperation between Tajikistan and Russia. Emomali Rahmon said Tajikistan values the strategic partnership and alliance with Russia.\n\nThe role of the Intergovernmental Commission on Economic Cooperation in advancing bilateral ties was highlighted. Attention was also given to expanding cooperation in industry, energy, infrastructure, agriculture and the digital economy, as well as transport and logistics, the creation of joint enterprises, investment projects, petroleum product supplies to Tajikistan and the implementation of major infrastructure projects.
