President of Tajikistan issues decree introducing a moratorium on all inspections of small and medium-sized businesses

Under the decree of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, a moratorium on all types of inspections of small and medium-sized business activity, except inspections by tax authorities, will remain in force until 2029-01-01.

The decree also says the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan must submit the relevant legal and regulatory act within one month to implement the decision.

President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon signed the decree in Dushanbe on 28 October 2026, No. 1237.
