Remote opening of 10 education facilities in Kulob

On 5 October 2026, the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon, remotely commissioned 10 education facilities in the city of Kulob.

According to the official presidential report, a new building for the branch of the State Institution, the Republican Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of Education Staff, was opened in the Asadullo Qurbonov neighbourhood. Secondary School No. 47 in Guliston village of Zarbdor jamoat and Secondary School No. 26 in Sari Jari village of Dahana jamoat were also opened.

The report also says that an additional building for Secondary School No. 27, additional classrooms at Secondary School No. 15 in Kulob, Dormitory No. 1 for orphan children, the Babuna preschool institution, and the Durakhshon preschool institution were commissioned. These projects are presented as measures to improve learning conditions and widen access to education.
