Persian, Tajik, Russian and English versions are available together.
On 2026-10-04, Emomali Rahmon opened the new Justice Centre building during a working visit to Farkhor district, Khatlon Region.
The Justice Centre building was constructed with support from the Government of Tajikistan and funding from the Ministry of Justice, to mark the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan. The project combines national architectural design with modern urban-planning features.
After the handover, the Farkhor Justice Centre was connected to a single-window service system. The centre includes a library, a marriage hall, spacious offices and other auxiliary facilities. The building also provides offices for the civil registry section, the state notary office, the State Legal Aid Centre and the Inspectorate for Correctional Works.
A modern guesthouse with 4 rooms, designed to receive 8 people at a time, has been built in the new facility, and the basement houses the archive. The library contains the Leader of the Nation’s works, poetry and prose by well-known Tajik writers, legal regulations and sectoral guidance materials. Emomali Rahmon praised the quality of the building and stressed that the new conditions should be used to improve timely, high-quality public services and raise citizens’ legal awareness.
