According to the official report, the new workshop is equipped with modern machinery and can process up to 600 tonnes of wheat per day. The enterprise also has a full wheat-processing line, a raw-material warehouse with a capacity of 28000 tonnes, and a finished-goods warehouse.
It was noted that the flour is produced mainly from Khaypro and Durum wheat and is used for pizza dough, some types of bread, samosa and other products that require strong, high-quality dough. The launch of the workshop has provided 50 local residents with permanent jobs.
The company has also built a new mechanical workshop for repair, maintenance and technical servicing of production equipment. The installed equipment was brought from Switzerland and uses 20 percent less electricity than the previous machines.
