District round of the republic-wide competition for women state servants held in Danghara

According to Khovar on 2026-09-23, the district round of the republic-wide competition “Best State Servant Among Women” took place in Danghara on 22 September 2026.

The competition assessed political knowledge and outlook, legal literacy, knowledge of Tajikistan’s legislation, professional skills, analytical ability, service culture, communication etiquette and the participants’ readiness to perform state duties. Several active and capable women, showing strong political and legal knowledge, professionalism, responsibility and dedication to public service, advanced to the regional round.

The report says the competition is held as part of Tajikistan’s state policy to raise the status of women in society and strengthen their role in public administration.
