President of Tajikistan issues decree on a moratorium on inspections of small and medium-sized businesses

President of the Republic of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon, acting under Article 69 of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan, signed a decree announcing a moratorium on all types of inspections of the activities of small and medium-sized business entities.

According to the decree, the moratorium will remain in force until 1 January 2029, with the exception of inspections by tax authorities. The Government of the Republic of Tajikistan has been instructed to submit the relevant regulatory legal act within one month to implement the decree.
