Issues of training specialists in Tajikistan and abroad discussed

A working meeting was held at the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan on issues related to training specialists inside the country and abroad.

Deputy Prime Minister of Tajikistan Dilrabo Mansuri said at the meeting that training highly qualified specialists at home and abroad is one of the important issues for the development of the country's social and economic sectors, and that coordination among relevant bodies and effective use of available resources are necessary. The meeting also discussed the system for training skilled personnel, study at higher education institutions inside and outside the country, inter-agency cooperation in personnel training, improving the mechanisms for selecting candidates for study abroad, identifying priority areas for specialist training, and aligning qualifications with the needs of the country's socio-economic development.

At the end of the meeting, officials were given specific instructions to improve the system for training specialists, strengthen coordination among relevant bodies, raise the quality of education, and prepare personnel that meet the needs of the republic's development.
