Third round of the republican competition “Science — the beacon of enlightenment” begins

According to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan, the third round of the republican competition “Science — the beacon of enlightenment” has begun in regional centres and in Dushanbe. A total of 5093 people are taking part in this stage.

In the second round, 59889 people participated. They included 44378 pupils from general education schools and initial vocational education institutions, 9000 pupils from new-type educational institutions, 5520 students of higher education institutions, and 991 teachers, researchers, doctoral candidates and other specialists, including PhD applicants, holders of professional doctoral degrees and doctor of sciences degrees.
