The President was informed that the school had been built and commissioned in 2004, but later required repair and modernisation.
The renovation was carried out with support from the Jobirzoda family and with the involvement of 200 local workers, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Science. The renovated school now teaches 2,600 pupils in two shifts and employs 93 teachers and 26 technical staff.
The school has 50 classrooms and subject rooms equipped for chemistry, biology, physics, geography, mathematics, computer studies, foreign languages, craft training for boys and girls, and basic military preparation. Teachers' rooms, traditional and electronic libraries, a medical room, a meeting hall with 100 seats, a sports hall and a refurbished sports ground have also been brought up to modern standards.
