Digital linguistics and modern technology terminology discussed in Dushanbe
At the Agency of Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of Tajikistan, officials discussed the foundations of digital linguistics, building a text base for the Tajik language, and standardising sectoral terminology for modern technologies.
A meeting on the development of digital linguistics and the terminology of modern technologies was held in Dushanbe at the Agency of Innovation and Digital Technologies under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan. The discussion focused on the foundations of digital linguistics and the creation of a reliable text base in the Tajik language for use in digital technologies.
According to the agency, the main issues were building a trustworthy corpus of Tajik-language texts for digital use and standardising sectoral terminology.
