On Friday, 30 August 1405, Ali-Asghar Tahmasbi, Governor of Golestan, met and held talks with Azim Ibrahim, Minister of Transport of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The two sides referred to the shared potential of Golestan Province and Tajikistan and stressed the need to make greater use of these capacities in order to expand bilateral cooperation.

A main focus of the discussion was the development and quality improvement of road transport infrastructure. The participants also underlined the importance of coordinated planning in this area.
