A new multi-functional laboratory has been commissioned at the Dushanbe branch of the National Research University Moscow Power Engineering Institute to mark the 35th anniversary of the state independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The laboratory will be used for practical work in the core subjects of electrical power engineering and electrical engineering. Modern laboratory equipment and measuring systems will allow students not only to gain theoretical knowledge, but also to acquire practical skills in modelling energy systems, setting up relay protection, studying transient processes, analysing power quality, power losses and methods of energy saving.
As an important part of the branch's modern learning environment, the new laboratory will help train highly qualified engineering specialists needed for the further development of Tajikistan's energy sector.
