New teaching building and dormitory to be built near Nurobod engineering and technical college

Dushanbe, 13.09.2026 / AMIT “Khovar”/. A new teaching building for 650 people and a new dormitory for 400 people will be built near the Nurobod engineering and technical college. The Committee on Primary and Secondary Vocational Education under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan told Khovar about the plan.

It was reported that construction is currently under way and the facility is due to be put into use in 2027. Commissioning the site is seen as an important step in strengthening the material and technical base of vocational education in the district.

Once the new building is opened, the college's capacity to admit students and organise the learning process in modern conditions will expand significantly.
