Congratulatory telegram to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin

In the telegram, Emomali Rahmon congratulated Vladimir Putin on the successful holding of elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation, describing it as an important event in the country's social and political life. He said the active participation of voters and the results reflected broad public support for the state policy pursued by the Russian leadership.
