Cotton harvesting begins in Hissor city farms

DUSHANBE, 12.09.2026 /AMIT “Khovar”/. Farmers in Hissor city have begun cotton harvesting.

According to AMIT “Khovar”, citing the executive authority of Hissor city, the harvest first started at the limited liability company Abdurauf Yusufov. It was said that in Brigade No. 17 the cotton area covers 8 hectares. At the same time, cotton harvesting also began at the Hissor educational and experimental unitary enterprise and the limited liability company 50th Anniversary of October.

City leaders and elders, while observing the harvest, gave advice on the effective use of agricultural land, the timely and loss-free collection of the crop, the readiness of agricultural machinery and the provision of suitable working conditions for pickers.
