End of working visit to Rasht district

President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Leader of the Nation Emomali Rahmon, returned to Dushanbe after completing a working visit to Rasht district. At the district airport, the head of state was warmly seen off by local activists and the district leadership.

During a conversation at the airport, Emomali Rahmon noted the role of entrepreneurs in supporting government initiatives, contributing to improvement works, and establishing production and service facilities. He said the gradual progress of the economy and the improvement in people's lives were the result of state independence and peace in the country. Private-sector representatives and district officials were also tasked with making fuller use of available opportunities for economic and social development, improving education quality, training skilled specialists and increasing agricultural exports.
