Memorandum of co-operation signed between Tajikistan’s Ministry of Finance and Oppenheimer & Co. Inc.

According to Khovar, on 14 September in London, the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Tajikistan, Fayziddin Kakhkhorzoda, met with the head of Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., Massimiliano Lami, and the Vice Chairman of the investment bank of Citigroup Inc., William Weaver.

During the meeting, Fayziddin Kakhkhorzoda and Massimiliano Lami signed a memorandum of understanding to further strengthen co-operation. Under the memorandum, the sides will work to improve the republic’s international credit and export ratings, as well as to help Tajikistan enter global financial markets.
