New energy projects in Tajikistan receive a boost
Two cooperation memoranda were signed at the business forum “Tajikistan, Forward!” covering electricity distribution and the study and construction of hydropower plants.
The Ministry of Energy and Water Resources of the Republic of Tajikistan said the two memoranda were signed on the sidelines of the business forum “Tajikistan, Forward!”. They cover electricity distribution, as well as the study and construction of hydropower plants.
The first memorandum was signed between the ministry and the Leader consortium, LLC “Avesto Group”, on cooperation in implementing an electricity distribution project in the Sino district of Dushanbe.
The second memorandum was signed between the ministry and the Chinese company Xinjiang Shouhai Power Development Co., Ltd.
