Discussion of priority areas of economic and trade cooperation between Tajikistan and China

On 18 September 2026 in Dushanbe, on the sidelines of the 14th meeting of the Tajikistan-China Intergovernmental Commission on trade and economic cooperation, a meeting was held between the Minister of Economic Development and Trade, Abdurahmon Abdurahmonzoda, and Lin Jie, Deputy Minister of Commerce of the People's Republic of China and Deputy Representative of China in international trade negotiations.

The sides discussed the development of economic cooperation, investment attraction and industry, including the formation of production chains from raw material processing to finished goods. Cooperation in the energy and transport sectors was also reviewed.
