Issues of experience-sharing and training of Tajik specialists at the laboratories of Italy's Veterinary Institute discussed

DUSHANBE, 25.09.2026 /AMIT «Khovar»/. In the Italian Republic, during a meeting between the Chairman of the Food Safety Committee under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, Muhammadsaid Fayzullozoda, and the leadership of Italy's Veterinary Institute, the continuation of technical cooperation was discussed.

The meeting also considered the exchange of experience and the training of specialists from the Republic of Tajikistan in the institute's laboratories. It was stressed that such training is important for strengthening the diagnostic capacity of Tajikistan's laboratories and meeting international requirements.

The sides also discussed the international accreditation of the laboratories of the Republic of Tajikistan, including aligning the quality management system, documentation, staff competence and laboratory testing.
