22 September, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon in the Navbahor district of Khujand put into operation the new modern building of the private kindergarten “Khurshedi Istiklol”. The institution is designed for 600 children and built on an area of 1300 square meters.
The kindergarten was built by local entrepreneur Rahim Rajabzoda in support of the constructive initiatives of the Head of State and in anticipation of the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan. The building has three floors, 36 classrooms and a number of auxiliary rooms.
Teaching is conducted in Tajik, Russian and English, and more than 90 people have permanent jobs there. The facility is equipped with modern educational and technical equipment, safety items, music and sports halls, a medical room, a speech therapist room and a spacious kitchen. In the courtyard, 18 pavilions, a sports ground and a live nature corner have been created.
